Rat Feedback

We love to hear updates about our rats! Not only do we get to see the joy that they bring their owners, but we also gain valuable information to continue our lines with. We welcome all rat feedback, good and bad, so please feel free to send through information, stories and definitely pictures if you have them. You're welcome to send them through to info@28rats.com or by submitting the form below. We'll even post your pictures up on this page!

The 28th Rat has been on hiatus for 3 years, so we haven't got any rat feedback at the moment. We'll add it to this page when we do.

A Free Rat Hammock for your Feedback

If you've read through our Rattery Information page, you would have read about our 3-year goal.

Our 3-Year Goal

Our 3-Year goal is to produce a line of rats with an average adult male weight of 600g or more, and an average adult female weight of 400g or more, before 2016. We do not wish for our rats to be overweight, but rather naturally big boned with a "solid" feel when picked up.

We want to record the average adult weight of our rats, but this will be impossible without feedback. If you submit the form below with your feedback, and it covers the following conditions, we will send you a free small square hammock. You're welcome to submit the feedback form any amount of times you like, but you will only receive the free hammock once (if the below conditions are met).

  • Your rats must be at least one year of age. You're welcome to submit the feedback form before hand any amount of times you like, but the free hammock won't be sent out until they reach one year of age.
  • The rat gender, rat age, rat weight and squishy/solid questions must be answered, and a picture must be attached (or sent through to info@28rats.com if it is too large).
  • You're also welcome to send your information to info@28rats.com if you would rather not use the form.
